• Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation like user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.
• Issue Tracking: Record and track customer issues and feedback to ensure prompt resolution and to identify trends.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback to product development and other departments to drive improvements.
