Product Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be working as a Product Consultant at SurveySparrow, where your main responsibility will be to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner through phone, email, and chat. This will involve routing customer requests to the appropriate team and ensuring follow-up to meet service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and address customer queries promptly - Provide immediate acknowledgment and first-level support - Diagnose and analyze reported product issues - Deliver technical support via voice, email, and chat - Track and manage all tickets - Be willing to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Qualifications Required: - Past experience in sales and customer service, particularly with SAAS solutions - Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, SDKs, and authentication mechanisms - Hands-on experience with debugging REST APIs via browser Developer Tools - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge and interest in software applications - Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Keen problem-solving skills Additional Details: This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.,
