Veeva Vault Senior Configuration Specialist (m/f/d)

The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with our products.

Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Veeva Vault Senior Configuration Specialist (m/f/d) to support our team. The main tasks of the position include:

• You take care of configuring our Vault applications based on business requirements by adjusting objects, workflows and reports
• Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Veeva Enablement Platform, Business functions and Veeva
• Gaining understanding about the business processes within your assigned Vault application
• You steer a team of Vault Configuration Specialist incl. review and support

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in science or information technology, preferably Masterss degree
• Proven Veeva Vault Platform expertise, having at least the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam)
• Significant working experience in at least one Vault Platform application e.g. Clinical Operations, Quality, RIM or PromoMats. Veeva certification preferred
• Knowledge in Pharmaceutical business processes
• GxP expertise preferred
• You have proven leadership, intercultural and motivational skills to manage a functional IT team and convince stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation and decision-making skills distinguish you
• You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
