About the Role

Product Specialist Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing clients problems and supporting them with the resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to track and resolve product issues raised by clients.
• Help with product demos, client onboarding, and addressing customer queries.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to provide insights.
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or fintech (depending on your industry).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or CRM software is a plus.
