Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Product Specialist to represent and showcase GOQii’s cutting-edge products during pre-sales discussions with potential clients. This role is not about deep technical explanations—it’s about creating excitement, sparking interest, and making GOQii products come alive for our prospects. The Product Specialist will act as the face of GOQii solutions in presentations and demos, delivering engaging, story-driven product experiences—almost like a live marketing ad—to inspire clients and position GOQii as their partner of choice.


Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: Head Business / Head of Products  


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations during pre-sales meetings, highlighting the value, benefits, and user experience of GOQii solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support client acquisition efforts.
  • Present complex product capabilities in a clear, relatable, and non-technical manner tailored to client needs.
  • Use storytelling and strong presentation skills to create excitement and curiosity about GOQii’s ecosystem.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—showcasing GOQii with energy, charm, and confidence. Product Specialist (Pre-Sales)
  • Gather client reactions and feedback during demos, and relay insights to Sales and Product teams.
  • Stay updated on GOQii product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends to continuously refine presentations.
  • Support events, roadshows, webinars, and other marketing/sales activities as the product face.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in pre-sales, product presentations, brand advocacy, or marketing/sales enablement roles.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, insurance, or technology industry is desirable but not mandatory.
