Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise:Become a subject matter expert on the product, understanding its features, benefits, and technical aspects.
• Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor products, and monitor market trends to inform product strategy.
• Product Strategy and Planning:Contribute to product roadmaps, defining features, and setting product goals and objectives.
• Sales and Marketing Support:Assist the sales and marketing teams with product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
• Customer Interaction:Address customer inquiries, gather feedback, and troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and success.
• Product Launch and Promotion:Participate in product launches, developing marketing materials, and contributing to promotional activities.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Training and Education:Provide training to internal teams and customers on the product and its features.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
