Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product-level technical expertise and support to the sales team and clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions from our product range.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, product literature, and case studies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams for technical clarifications.
• Support in resolving product-related customer issues and complaints.
• Help in pricing strategy and lifecycle management of assigned products.
