Role Overview:

Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide product-level technical expertise and support to the sales team and clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions from our product range.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Assist in developing marketing materials, product literature, and case studies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams for technical clarifications.
Support in resolving product-related customer issues and complaints.
Help in pricing strategy and lifecycle management of assigned products.
