Job Description

Role Overview :

As a Product Solution Engineer, you will drive the end-to-end implementation of Propflo’s

Sales and Marketing module for real estate clients. This includes understanding their lead

workflows, configuring platform modules, integrating external marketing and

communication channels (like WhatsApp, IVR, aggregators), and training teams for

adoption. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a fully functional, integrated sales-tech stack.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Implementation & Configuration

● Understand the client’s marketing campaigns, lead capture sources, and CRM

processes.

● Configure Propflo’s sales module with stages, users, site visit logic, and booking flows.

● Tailor project-level settings including inventory setup, channel partner flows, and

customer journeys.

2.Third-Party Integrations

● Implement and support integrations with:

- WhatsApp

● IVR/Call Center Tools (e.g., Knowlarity, Exotel, Ozonetel)

● Real Estate Aggregators (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com)

● Social Media Lead Forms (Facebook, Instagram)

● Coordinate API-based lead capture and campaign attribution across all channels.

3.WhatsApp Marketing Enablement

● Set up WhatsApp campaigns.

● Configure WhatsApp templates for lead qualification, site visit reminders, and

automated follow-ups.

● Monitor engagement metrics (delivery, read, click rates) and recommend

improvements.

● Train client teams on compliance, opt-ins, and conversational design for WhatsApp.

4.Data Migration & Validation

● Map and import master data (projects, inventory, brokers, campaigns) from Excel or

CRM.

● Validate lead flows, duplicates, tagging, and campaign performance metrics.

5.Training & Client Enablement

● Conduct UAT, go-live training, and SOP handover to client teams.

● Act as a client advisor to align product workflows with sales goals.

● Escalate platform feature gaps or enhancement requests to Product team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

● 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, sales-tech, or solution engineering.

● Deep understanding of real estate lead funnels, bookings, and sales operations.

● Experience with: WhatsApp Business API Suits.

● CRM systems or sales automation platforms.

● API/Webhook-based integrations with aggregators, social, IVR platforms.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

● Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns.

● Experience working with real estate developers or channel partner networks.

● Knowledge of marketing automation, bulk messaging rules, and WhatsApp Cloud API.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
