Job Description

The Product Sales Manager role entails developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive product growth and achieve revenue targets. A solid grasp of the product, market dynamics, and effective sales management skills are essential for leading a team successfully. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet product sales goals and optimize revenue growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive challenges. Utilize findings to enhance sales strategies and product positioning. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, comprehend their requirements, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business prospects to broaden product reach and market presence. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track crucial metrics, and furnish regular reports to management. Accurately forecast sales projections to aid in business planning and decision-making. Product Knowledge: Attain a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and advantages. Provide training and assistance to the sales team to elevate product knowledge and sales proficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesion and backing for sales initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - MBA is considered advantageous. - Demonstrated track record of success in sales management, particularly in the SaaS product line. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends effectively. - Experience in formulating and executing sales strategies. - Willingness to travel as required. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. - Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
