This is a full-time on-site role located in Manesar, India, for a Product Planning & Control (PPC) - AM /DM/ Manager. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product planning, analytical assessments, conducting market research, and product strategy development. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure optimal product performance and meeting production targets.Roles

· To make monthly raw material planning according to customer schedule.· To make process wise production planning and getting approval from Plant Head.· Timely submission of raw material requirements to purchase department and timely delivery.· To monitor delivery schedule of customer-100%.· Planning of out sourcing job work. · To achieve delivery schedule of suppliers-100%- · Raw material management and heat wise balancing.· Daily MIS to Plant Head (raw material status, WIP & job work status).· To monitor & review of department objectives on monthly (Target vs Actual) and submit status with trend chart, root cause and action plan in case of not meeting the target.· To ensure daily production entry in SAP & daily MIS/dashboard review.· To ensure effective daily work management system of department and get it reviewed with the Plant Head. · To ensure 100% adherence to quality systems, audit processes & customer norms.· To create a safe, healthy work environment and harmonious relationship with employees.· To ensure team building and skill enhancement of team members. · To ensure efficient planning of process to reduce through put time.· 5’S Implementation in work place.· IATF 16949 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & ISO 45001(OHS) standard requirement practical Implementation in the shop floor-maintaining standard formats, training, procedures to all Concerned and effectiveness monitoring-monthly).· Any other resp. assign by mgt. time to time.· To develop successor through 2nd line employees.
