Job Title: Product Owner-Wealth Management

Location: Global VillagE, Bangalore or Gurgaon (ODC setup)

Experience: 8+ yrs

Job Type : Contract to hire

Notice Period:- Immediate joiner

Would need the PO to have Wealth Management experience and good QA experience too with some hands-on understanding of APIs or backend testing understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the product backlog; define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and the development team.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.

Ensure clarity of requirements for the development and QA teams.

Make data-driven decisions to maximize product value and optimize delivery outcomes.

Conduct product demos and represent the product vision during Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure delivery quality.

Support UAT and validate functionality before release.

Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and recommend enhancements.

Mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth product delivery.

Should have expert level knowledge in Financial Services and specifically Wealth Management domain. It would be an added advantage if has prior SEI Investments experience.

Must-Have Skills :

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and PO responsibilities.

Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and user story writing skills.

Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).

Solid domain expertise (preferably Banking, Financial Services, Wealth, or Investments).

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
