Role Summary:

Join our dynamicAI Platforms and Services (AIPS) team as a Product Owner, where you will bepivotal in shaping the future of our AI product portfolio. This role demands astrategic thinker with a deep understanding of Agile principles to translatebusiness needs into actionable product features. You will own the productbacklog, drive the prioritization of features, and ensure that our engineeringteams are developing solutions that deliver maximum value to our stakeholders.Acting as the primary liaison between business and technology, you will beresponsible for requirements elicitation, feature grooming, and creating clear,comprehensive documentation to guide the development of impactful AI-poweredapplications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to identify and define business needs and product goals.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the strategic vision and stakeholder priorities.
• Develop detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team during development sprints.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions to ensure features are well-understood, estimated, and ready for development.
• Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker between stakeholders and the engineering team, clarifying requirements and communicating product vision.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature roadmaps, release plans, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with architectural standards.
• Define sprint goals, participate in all Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives), and accept completed user stories.
• Proactively communicate product progress, roadmap changes, and release plans to all relevant stakeholders.

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on software development, analytics, or AI-related projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and fundamental AI concepts.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• AI/ML exposure
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
