RESPONSIBILITIES:

Animate squad team: provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Break down the epics into dev stories
Lead backlog management & prioritization. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Ensure quality of the delivered feature
Ensure service performances are matching target
Led the planning product release plans and set timing/workload estimates for delivery of new functionalities with the support of development team
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Engineering school diploma
Experience in software architecture and software development
In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
Experience in UX design is a plus
