Job DescriptionWhat we expect from you:
- Collaborated with clients to gather, analyze business requirements for MedTech solutions, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical devices, and telehealth platforms.
- Provides direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders with a clear roadmap.
- Create Epics and Stories, assure development teams understand purpose and objective; prioritizes Stories in a product backlog according to business needs and value; support technical design process by defining user journeys, preparing/guiding wireframes.
- Effectively manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Participation in Sprint planning & assessing capacity challengesThey need to have an understanding of technical concepts relevant to MedTech solutions. This includes knowledge of healthcare information systems, medical devices, interoperability standards (such as HL7 and FHIR), and emerging technologies like telemedicine and wearable devices.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to medical technology, such as FDA regulations, ISO standards, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in audits and support documentation efforts related to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
– Able to do market research on HealthCare, Medical Device Industry, Prepare POV and Client solutioningCertified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS) are a plus.Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Certifications: HIMSS offers various certifications focused on healthcare information and management systems. While these certifications are more aligned with healthcare IT, they cover topics such as healthcare operations, informatics, and digital health, which are relevant to the medtech domain.Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC): While primarily for professionals in regulatory affairs, having knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards is crucial for BAs in the medtech domain. The Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) demonstrates expertise in regulatory affairs and can be beneficial for BAs involved in ensuring compliance with regulations governing medical devices and technologies.Job responsibilities– Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring that we successfully implement our vision.– Define and prioritize product features and requirements, strictly aligning them with client needs and market trends.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to determine the best strategies for product development.– Conduct market research to find opportunities for new products or improvements to existing offerings.– Manage product backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.– Maintain clear and consistent communication with collaborators about product status, achievements, and any challenges that come up.– Ensure integration with healthcare systems, focusing on API/Microservices and medical devices.What we offer
