Manage the product backlog for BSS Retail capabilities including CRM, Point-of-Sale (POS), Order Management, and Retail Channel platforms. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement in the retail experience. Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and effective customer interfaces. Partner with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of retail capabilities. Drive continuous improvements in customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement through digital and physical retail channels. Solid understanding of telecom retail operations including customer onboarding, KYC, SIM activation, number portability, and device provisioning Experience in digital transformation, self-service platforms, or omnichannel retail strategies. Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization or customer engagement tools.
