The Product Manager will lead the companys technology vision, strategy, and execution across retail and e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for driving digital
innovation, improving operational efficiency through technology, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the security and scalability of all IT and digital systems.
• Develop and execute the overall technology roadmap aligned with the companys retail and business strategy.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and backend operations.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance customer engagement, supply chain efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business heads to ensure technology solutions support growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), POS systems, and CRM tools.
• Ensure seamless integration between online and offline systems to support Omni channel operations.
• Manage cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT compliance in alignment with industry standards.
• Drive automation and process digitization across departments such as merchandising, inventory, logistics, and finance.
• Oversee development and optimization of e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and internal tech tools.
• Lead software development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products.
• Introduce AI/ML, analytics, and personalization engines to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Establish a robust data infrastructure to support business intelligence, analytics, and predictive insights.
• Promote a data-driven culture for decision-making across departments.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across systems.
• Uptime and reliability of retail and e-commerce systems.
• Technology ROI and cost optimization.
• Reduction in manual processes through automation.
• Customer satisfaction with digital platforms.
• On-time, on-budget delivery of major IT and digital projects.
• Cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the retail, e-commerce, or consumer sector.
• Proven experience implementing digital transformation and Omni channel strategies.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, POS, and data analytics tools.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and scalable system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
