About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Sales Enablement to join our marketing team and strengthen our go-to-market efforts. This role will focus on creating high-quality sales enablement collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, ebooks, solution briefs, and presentations that empower our sales team to effectively communicate value to prospects and customers.
You ll work closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, and Design teams to translate complex product offerings into compelling, visually engaging, and ROI-focused content that supports lead conversion and accelerates deal cycles.
Key Responsibilities for this position include:
Develop, design, and update sales enablement collaterals including:
- Pitch decks & presentations
- Case studies & customer success stories
- One-pagers & solution briefs
- Ebooks, whitepapers, and thought-leadership content
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand buyer needs and align collaterals with different stages of the sales funnel.
Partner with product marketing to ensure messaging consistency across all materials.
Work with design teams (internal or external) to ensure brand consistency and high visual standards.
Create templates, frameworks, and playbooks that the sales team can easily customize.
Ensure all collaterals are updated regularly to reflect latest product features, client wins, and market positioning.
Track the usage and effectiveness of collaterals to continuously optimize impact.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in
B2B marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing
(SaaS/tech preferred). - Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in
presentation tools
(PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva; familiarity with design basics a plus). - Experience creating case studies, ebooks, or similar marketing assets.
- Eye for detail and ability to maintain
brand tone and design consistency
. - Excellent collaboration skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and design.
- Data-driven mindset with eagerness to measure and improve collateral effectiveness.
Good to Have:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with tools like
HubSpot, Highspot, or Seismic
for sales enablement. - Knowledge of
AI-powered design and content tools
