We serve thousands of MSMEs, accountants, and enterprises across India, empowering them to make faster decisions, improve cash flow, and enhance productivity. We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and execution-focused New Sales Head to lead our national new-customer acquisition through multiple tele-sales centers across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of our products in the market. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends,and competitive landscapes, combined with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer-facing value propositions.The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create go-to-market strategies, launch new products, and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

Define target audience segments and craft tailored messaging that resonates with each.

Create and manage launch plans including sales enablement, content, campaigns, and customer communications.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and differentiation.

Provide competitive battle cards and analysis for internal teams.

Messaging & Positioning

Develop compelling product messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition and differentiators.

Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels and sales collateral.

Create impactful storytelling around the product to strengthen brand positioning.

Content Development

Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce product-focused marketing assets:

o Sales decks, brochures, and datasheets

o Case studies and whitepapers

o Product videos and demos

o Blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns

Ensure content aligns with buyer journeys and supports demand generation activities.

Sales Enablement

Partner with sales teams to provide training, tools, and materials that help them effectively sell products.

Create playbooks, scripts, and FAQs to address customer objections.

Measure the impact of enablement efforts on conversion rates and sales performance.

Customer & Community Engagement

Work with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.

Support user community initiatives, webinars, and events to increase engagement.

Use insights to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

Data Insights & Lead Prioritization

Leverage analytics to extract actionable insights on customer behavior, product adoption, and market opportunities.

Prioritize leads based on data-driven scoring models to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns using data insights.

Performance Measurement

Define success metrics for product marketing campaigns and track ROI.

Analyze the effectiveness of GTM strategies and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Present regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 3 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, SaaS, or B2B/B2C marketing.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data and customer research.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Experience in sales enablement and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) preferred.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and passion for customer-centric marketing.
