Job Purpose

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for specific products or product lines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving marketing campaigns for our products, ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution. They manage end-to-end campaign delivery, work closely with business & product teams, channel / MarTech teams, in-house creative team, and agencies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Translate business requirements into clear marketing briefs and oversee campaign execution across digital and retention channels.
• Performance Marketing Enablement: Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and 3rd party platforms with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools for personalization, asset optimization, and scaling output efficiently.
• Retention Marketing Ownership: Drive customer engagement through SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, RCS, and emailensuring relevance, compliance, and impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, business, analytics, creative teams, and vendors to deliver seamless campaigns.
• Quality & Governance: Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on digital-first marketing trends, AI tools, and performance optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
• Scaling Video Output: Enable seamless video productionworking with in-house animators and external vendorsto deliver high-quality short-form, performance-led, and brand videos at speed.
  

Education Qualification

Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldPost-graduation: MBA preferred

Experience:

25 years in product marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles (agency or brand side).
