• Have 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital campaigns (internship experience counts!).
• Are a strong communicator — you write well, speak clearly, and think logically.
• Love working with tools and data — Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Ads dashboards — you’re not afraid to explore.
• Can multitask like a champ — different stakeholders, tight timelines, zero drama.
• Have an eye for detail — your copy is typo-free, your reports are neat, and your campaigns click.
• Bring curiosity and initiative — if something can be improved, you’ll figure out how.

What you'll be doing...

• Write & Create: Draft content for emails, landing pages, social posts, and collaterals that make people stop scrolling.
• Campaign Hustle: Set up, track, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and email.
• Data Doctor: Maintain clean campaign lists, CRM data, and ensure reports are always accurate.
• Research & Coordinate: Benchmark against competitors, work with designers, and get content out on time.
• Automate the Routine: Support workflows, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation in HubSpot.
• Track & Tweak: Monitor what’s working (and what’s not) — then fix it before anyone else even notices.
