Product Manager - Used Construction Equipment Finance

Role Overview: As a part of the team, your role is to design and implement strategies aimed at acquiring Used Construction Equipment Finance Customers and achieving profitability targets by maximizing revenue and managing costs effectively. You will play a crucial role in developing financing schemes based on asset type, age, and usage condition, continuously refining them. Moreover, you will be responsible for creating valuation methods, pricing logic, and establishing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, yield, bounce rate, NPA, and productivity using innovative and cost-effective operating models driven by technology.
