Product Manager - U.S. Healthcare (Medicare Risk Adjustment, Care Management)-Noida

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with demonstrated expertise in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment Workflow, Care Management, Clinical Documentation Workflow, and Value-based Healthcare. This role requires strong product ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable digital solutions that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.

• Work with a dedicated pod of engineers to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions across the U.S. healthcare domain, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and care management programs.
• Drive end-to-end product ownership, including requirements gathering, business analysis, user story creation, backlog prioritization, testing, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with payor, provider, and clinical stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and compliance needs.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and functional documentation.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, compliant interfaces that optimize the clinician and member experience.
• Align product roadmaps with business strategy, CMS, and HIPAA compliance standards, and engineering capacity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication between technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Monitor product performance through data analytics, user feedback, and outcome-based metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or business analysis within U.S. healthcare, particularly in Medicare Risk Adjustment, Care Management Workflow, Clinical Documentation, Medical Billing, EDI, etc.
• In-depth understanding of the U.S. payor–provider ecosystem, risk adjustment, value-based care, and population health management.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, develop detailed user stories, and collaborate with engineering for implementation.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
