The Amazon Music Catalog team is looking for a Product Manager - Tech to innovate, design, build and launch GenAI-based Supply Chain Systems. Key job responsibilities As a Product Manager-Technical, you will help define the yearly strategy and roadmap for the team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, translating them into business and system requirements, driving product development from design to release, and driving feature adoption and usage. You will launch new features, take existing features to the next level, and deliver strategic innovations. You will work with engineering, science, design, business development, legal, and industry relations leaders across the globe. The ideal candidate is decisive, demonstrates good judgement in a variety of situations, is highly analytical, and is adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality solutions. You should possess a strong product and technical background, and have experience building features and systems from the ground up. You should have an understanding of the digital music and/or digital media landscape, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industry domains. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to drive strategic initiatives, but you also roll up your sleeves and get the job done when necessary. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications Experience in Digital Supply Chain Experience in building and driving adoption of new internal and enterprise tools Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to write SQL for data retrieval. Experience working with Machine Learning. Experience delivering products in a complex and face-paced environment using agile processes and experimentation. Strong collaboration skills. You have a proven ability to work across functions and across marketplaces to influence senior leaders. You quickly earn the trust of people you work with. People enjoy and have fun working with you. Strong ownership and bias for action.
