Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the roadmap to build India’s most trusted, intuitive tax filing platform.
• Balance short-term wins (e.g., quick adoption drivers) with long-term product vision (scalable, regulation-proof platform).
• Deeply understand the regulatory and competitive landscape to keep INDmoney ahead of the curve.

User Experience & Adoption

• Translate complex tax rules into simple, jargon-free flows for everyday users.
• Drive onboarding funnels that make first-time tax filers confident and repeat users loyal.
• Partner with content/education teams to build trust through in-product nudges, guides, and explainers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to prototype, test, and scale seamless experiences.
• Collaborate with Compliance & Legal teams to ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Align with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure user feedback and adoption loops are strong.

Performance Metrics

• Define and track KPIs such as accuracy, response time, filing success rate, NPS, and user engagement.
• Establish dashboards and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decision making.
• Run A/B experiments to optimize conversion and retention.

Continuous Optimization & Experimentation

• Launch fast, learn fast, and iterate – relentlessly experiment to make the product better every single day.
• Build feedback loops (user interviews, surveys, support data) into the product roadmap.
• Stay on top of fintech and SaaS best practices to bring fresh, innovative approaches to the tax domain.

What We’re Looking For:

Unmatched Drive & Proven Pedigree

• Education from a top engineering / MBA / CA program.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in building and scaling products.
• Familiarity with income tax filing – you have filed your own IT returns (including capital gains) in the past 2–3 years.

Structured Thinker & Hands-On Builder
