Product Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business insights — someone who can visualize complex data relationships, understands data flows, and drives the development of intuitive, impactful reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Translate Business Requirements:

    Work with Product Managers to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Reporting & Visualization:

    Lead the design and development of user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Enhance the user experience of our advertiser-facing reporting portal, ensuring insights are easy to navigate and intuitive.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Quickly analyze product performance metrics to validate data/reporting launches and identify areas for improvement.
  • Measurement & Attribution:

    Support the development of measurement frameworks and attribution models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Backlog Ownership:

    Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Agile Execution:

    Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Data Infrastructure & Pipelines:

    Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines that support marketing analytics and reporting use cases.
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably in marketing technology or ad tech.
  • 3+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Experience working with marketing data, campaign performance metrics, and attribution methods.
  • Experience with data governance and monitoring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and willing to learn new skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
