We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and execution. This role requires a strong mix of business acumen and technical expertise to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to maximize value delivery and ensure exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized to deliver maximum business value.
• Drive end-to-end product execution, from concept through delivery and iteration.
• Monitor product performance and leverage data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum principles and best practices in product lifecycle management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and shared goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to define roadmaps and deliver successful products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
