Product Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and executing new initiatives and roadmaps, engaging with stakeholders internal/external, and managing the product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Your role will involve using data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience, working with designers, engineers, marketing, and partnerships to deliver products. Additionally, you will drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. You will also define and measure success metrics of the product post-launch. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute new initiatives and roadmaps - Engage with stakeholders internal/external and build business cases for new product opportunities - Manage product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond - Use data, creativity, and experimentation to improve product experience - Work with designers, engineers, marketing, and partnerships to deliver products - Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products - Define and measure success metrics of the product post-launch Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of strong experience in product management role building products - Highly effective cross-functional team management skills - Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to transform broad ideas into action plans - Good understanding of sprint & agile ways of working, proficiency in the design flow - Understanding of web-based architecture and API, network protocols - Bias for action and comfortable with breaking down complex problems - Strong quantitative capabilities - Experience with devising product roadmaps and clear articulation of product vision - Thorough understanding of collaborative tools and experience in working with QA teams Additional Details: Desirable Social Attributes: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Happy to deal with and contribute to an environment of daily builds - Versatile and has worked in small teams - Able to work within short timelines and be receptive to business needs - Works closely with Digital, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams - Interested in solving problems and collaborating with individuals from various streams - Always learning, evolving, and sharing knowledge - Inspired by complex, varied problems and rapid change - Open-minded, flexible, and curious about new and better ideas,
