Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Product Manager (Pharmaceutical). The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and marketing of pharmaceutical products. Day-to-day tasks include market research, product planning, pricing strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to ensure product success. Job responsibilities of Product Manager : Market Research & Strategy Development – Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Product Development & Launch – Collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams to bring new drugs to market. Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring adherence to local and international pharmaceutical regulations. Sales & Marketing Coordination – Working with sales teams to develop promotional strategies and training materials. Budgeting & Forecasting – Setting financial goals and monitoring product performance. Educational Background A Bachelor’s or Master degree in Pharmacy or MBA (Marketing) is often required. Industry Experience Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or product development is highly valued. Knowledge of drug regulations, clinical trials, and market trends is essential. Key Skills Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute product strategies. Market Research & Analysis – Understanding customer needs and competitive landscapes.
