Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Senior Executive - Quality Assurance (Pharmaceutical OSD Plant) located in Haridwar. The Executive - Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing quality control, managing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Key tasks include monitoring product quality, implementing quality management systems, and conducting regular audits to maintain high standards of quality in all operations. Responsibilities:Managing all aspects of Quality Assurance at the site, including in-process QA, analytical QA, validation, and documentation.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining quality standards throughout manufacturing processes.Demonstrate hands-on experience with a variety of QC instruments, including HPLC, Dissolution and other chemical and analytical tools.Investigating deviations, failures, and complaints, and implementing corrective actions.Preparing the site for internal audits and regulatory inspections. Skills Required:Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality control protocols.Strong knowledge of cGMP & regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO)Proven experience in navigating audits conducted by some esteemed regulatory authorities such as USFDA, MHRA, PIC/S, INVIMA, and ANVISA. QualificationsB.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.Required 4-5 experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid Dosage Forms).
