Product Manager

Main Tasks

Responsible for the secured & unsecured loan product, which includes new product development, market research, targeting, product offerings, designing and measuring the effectiveness of the product and Programme.

• Launch the Small Business loan business across Branches and DST.
• Developing and maintaining an effective relationship with multiple internal stakeholders with different departments including IT/ legal/ Finance & marketing
• Grow targeted Loan segment portfolio profitably to scale by introducing products tailored to attract and retain target customers
• Lead initiatives focused on the development of Secured & Unsecured Loan products and services.
• Manage enhancements for product segments in alignment with product strategy.
• Identify and lead the introduction of new service or capability enhancements to existing products to maintain or enhance competitive advantage, improve customer experience, and drive product profitability.
• Responsible for managing activities that deliver favorable metrics and financial results against plan.
• Manage activities related to communication, processing, and enhancements relating to service providers including invoice management, SLA monitoring, and support of regular business reviews.
• Liaise with Regulatory Compliance to meet relevant lending regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to controlling and oversight of revenue, marketing funds, and retention initiatives with partners
• Handling system changes, providing logic for preparation of BRD
• Understanding & handling system changes to smoothen the operational processes from time to time
