Job Description

hands-on product manager

Responsibilities

Plan and manage work sprints in
Jira
(tasks, timelines, and priorities).
Communicate between
designers
,
developers
, and
internal stakeholders
(operations, HR, finance).
Prepare clear
flow charts
,
tables
, and
feature logic
for new modules.
Define what data needs to be shown on screens and how it connects to other modules.
Collect feedback from users inside the company and turn it into clear improvement tasks.
Keep everyone aligned on what’s being built, tested, and released each week.
Track progress and flag any delays or blockers early.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a
Product Manager
,
Business Analyst
, or
Project Coordinator
in a software company.
Good understanding of
scrum/agile
workflows and
Jira
usage.
Comfortable working with
UI/UX
and
dev teams
to finalize details.
Knows how to make and explain
basic workflow diagrams
(Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.).
Can understand how data connects between tables or modules (basic database logic).
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to haves

Some exposure to
ERP or internal tools
.
Familiarity with
React
or
Odoo
environments.
Prior experience working with hybrid/offshore teams.
