Uni is a new-age fintech company on a mission to redefine how people interact with credit. We’re reimagining credit card products to deliver an unmatched experience to millions of Indians.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our credit card or lending product.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the credit card or lending industry.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
Compliance: Ensure that all credit card products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest fintech trends and innovations,proactively incorporating new ideas and technologies into our credit card products.

Skill Required

Minimum of 2 years of product management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
