Role overview:

Drive product strategy and execution for AI-powered educational applications serving students and teachers.

Responsibilities

Product Documentation & Strategy

• Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Create detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Define product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical specifications (TSD).

Design & User Experience

• Create wireframes and user flow diagrams.
• Develop UI prototypes and mockups.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs.
• Ensure intuitive user experience across student and teacher interfaces.

Market & Customer Intelligence

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
• Perform customer interviews and surveys.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage metrics.
• Identify market opportunities and product gaps.
• Monitor competitor features and positioning.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Manage product launch cycles and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with customer support for user feedback integration.
• Present product updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Experience and skills

• 3 years as business analyst and/or product manager.
• Experience with SaaS or EdTech products preferred.

• Tools

  : Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Figma.
• Excellent English reading, writing and communicating skills.
