We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Mechanical / Instrument Engineers for the role of Product Manager for Pulse Valves – Filter Bags – Dust Collector Systems. Job Location: · West Bengal · Jharkhand · Odisha · Chhattisgarh · Assam Key Responsibilities · Promote unique features of Pulse Valves to Maintenance team of different industries. Carry out cost-benefit evaluations and feasibility studies of Pulse Valves at different industries. Ensure that project completion within budget as per schedule by working together with customer team. Review and approve project design documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations. Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and other stakeholders. Ensure that project is designed and installed in compliance as customer required standards. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Keep abreast on new developments in the field of your managed product nationally and internationally. Provide pre-sales product information and detailed project report to industrial customers. Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries. Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions accordingly. Collaborate with the manufacturer’s product development team to ensure product improvements. Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor Qualifications: · B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering . · Installation and Maintenance and Service of Flowmeters or equivalent systems . · Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Pulse Valves – Filter Bags – Dust Collector Systems. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts. Required Skills · Experience in handling Pulse Valves – Filter Bags – Dust Collector Systems etc. · Familiarity with Pneumatic products and accessories. · Strong project management skills to coordinate technical sales efforts. Detailed understanding of the product's technical specifications, applications, and functionalities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain complex technical concepts to customers. Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients. Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to analyse customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Key responsibilities: Assess customer requirements, analyse system needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Deliver technical presentations and demos to potential clients, explaining product features and functionalities clearly. Collaborate with the customer team to identify leads, qualify opportunities, and provide technical expertise. Answer customer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to address client concerns. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, including pricing and technical specifications, to meet customer needs. Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and providing post-sale support. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
