Job Title: Product Manager – Vacuum Automation (Vacuum Generators & Suction Cups)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Mechanical Engineer to join our team as Product Manager for our Vacuum Automation product line, including Vacuum Generators, Suction Cups, and Filters. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer interaction, product promotion, and project coordination. You will serve as the bridge between our customers, internal sales teams, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales & Application Support

• Promote the features, benefits, and value proposition of vacuum automation products to industrial maintenance teams.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and customized solution design for client applications.
• Deliver product demonstrations and engaging technical presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support including system troubleshooting and solution recommendation.

Project & Product Management

• Review and approve technical documents, project designs, and installation plans to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Oversee the execution of projects in collaboration with customer teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with product development teams to recommend improvements and align with customer feedback.
• Prepare detailed proposals, technical documentation, and sales materials to support the sales process.

Customer Engagement & Market Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Work closely with industrial customers to understand their automation challenges and deliver tailored vacuum solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Vacuum Generators, Suction Cups, Flowmeters.
• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, or sales of industrial automation systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in industries like Robotics, Packaging, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and components.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, applications, and automation system integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in technical sales, lead generation, proposal creation, and customer negotiation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyse client requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
• Strong project coordination and documentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel across the assigned regions for client visits, demonstrations, and project coordination.
• Passion for emerging technologies in industrial automation and vacuum handling systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
