About The Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the heart of one of India’s most dynamic travel segments—Domestic Flights. As a Associate Product Manager (APM) on the Go-MMT Flights team, you’ll be part of a high-impact product organization that shapes how millions of Indians discover and book flights every day.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Business, Supply, Data Science, and Marketing—to uncover insights, define high-impact problems, and deliver features that elevate user experience, accelerate growth and revenue, and set us apart in a highly competitive market.This role is perfect for data-driven, user-obsessed product thinkers who are energized by the possibilities of behavioural science, data, automation, and AI.
What Will You Be Doing
- Owning funnel metrics end-to-end, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for conversion and engagement growth.
- Defining product goals, shaping features, and running experiments in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, business, marketing, supply, and data science teams to co-define problem statements, prioritize product bets, and quantify impact.
- Building user-facing features that enhance discovery, comparison, and booking journeys.
- Developing products that deliver meaningful value to users while driving growth and revenue at scale.
- Translating complex data and feedback into actionable product decisions.
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns from complex data sets.
- Leveraging Gen AI and automation to unlock new experiences and scale improvements.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Defining success metrics, running A/B tests, and iterating based on impact.
- Communicating insights and progress through clear, compelling storytelling.
Qualification & Experience
- Engineering or Management graduate from reputed institute with 3 to 6 years of experience in product management role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/product.

- Strong product intuition backed by analytical rigor and a user-first mindset.

- Exposure to hypothesis testing and experiment design.
- Strong ownership mindset—we expect you to challenge the status quo and bring a clear point of view.
- Bias for action and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to work with data; comfortable using SQL and Excel.
- Experience with Gen AI tools, prompt engineering, or NLP models is a strong plus
