JOB DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT MANAGER - DOCUMENT SCANNER – AT NOIDA
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development, strategy, and market success of our document scanner product line. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly scanning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer needs.
- Align product goals with business objectives and prioritize key features.
2. Product Development & Execution
- Work with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance scanner features.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring quality, usability, and timely delivery.
3. User Experience & Customer Insights
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product functionality.
- Ensure intuitive design and usability through UX/UI collaboration and testing.
4. Go-to-Market & Collaboration
- Develop launch strategies with marketing and sales teams.
- Train internal teams on product features and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Manage Channel Partners (Dealers & Distributors)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
- Provide training, support, and product updates to ensure effective sales and customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, with a proven track record of selling Document Scanners or similar hardware products.
- Experience managing channel partners (dealers/distributors) and executing inside sales strategies.
- Understand trends and customer needs to position the product effectively.
- Support sales teams and build strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Present ideas clearly and listen to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of document scanning technology, its features, and its application in various industries.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for onsite visits when required.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary depending on experience .
Performance-based incentives based on targets.
Travel allowance (if applicable) for on-site visits to channel partners and distributors.
