Role Overview :

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for MajorDomo’s platform engineering solutions.
• Engage deeply with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
• Define and communicate clear product requirements and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, and UX teams to deliver elegant, scalable features that solve real problems for developers and operations teams.
• Prioritize backlog items to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to enable successful launches and drive adoption.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and feedback loops to guide iterative improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, and developer experience.
• Engage in Sales efforts to Demo and be involved in customer discussions
• Understand market requirements and translate them to the product.

Requirements :

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS product — ideally focused on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or developer tools. With an overall Industry experience of 10+ years.

• Solid understanding of platform engineering concepts, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proven ability to turn complex technical problems into intuitive, impactful product solutions.

• Experience working in agile teams with close collaboration between product, design, and engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to inspire and align cross-functional teams.

• Data-driven mindset with a knack for balancing qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Passion for delivering exceptional developer experiences.

Nice to Have :

• Hands-on experience as a developer, DevOps engineer, SRE, or platform engineer.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, or other modern cloud-native tooling.

• Experience with open-source communities or ecosystem partnerships.

• Prior experience scaling a B2B SaaS product in a fast-growth environment.

• Prior experience in AI/ML.
