Role/Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Debit cardsBusiness: Retail BankingFunction/ Department: Retail LiabilitiesPlace of work:Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches in collaboration with the Internal stakeholders.
Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Manage and liaise with the partner / stakeholders (interanl & External)
Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding
Align closely with Customer Service & Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience
Understanding on Debit EMI program, tokanisation, card security and contactless

Secondary Responsibilities

Product training and awareness
Channel support and query resolution
Customer communication

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
