Role Description


Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the roadmap for

    Chatbot and AI-based tools

    across digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration to improve customer engagement and reduce friction.
  • Building and AI Implementation

  • Experience on building products that are powered by AI, training these solutions and lead End to end implementation.
  • Experience in defining bot architecture, define KPI’s and drive user adoption
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Customer Experience & Automation

  • Design conversational flows and optimize chatbot performance for personalized interactions.
  • Implement AI-driven automation for service requests, FAQs, and transaction support.
  • Data & Analytics

  • Leverage AI and ML models to analyze customer behavior and improve product performance.
  • Monitor KPIs such as chatbot resolution rates, customer satisfaction, and cost savings.
  • Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:

    3–6 years in

    Product Management

    , with at least 2–3 years in

    AI/Chatbot solutions

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    AI/ML technologies

    , NLP, and conversational AI platforms.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI tools in new age organizations like Swiggy, Zomato, Fintech etc.
  • Familiarity with

    Agile methodologies

    and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in handling AI, natural language processing (NLP), and ChatBot technologies
  • Skills in Product Management, Strategic Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent in Business/Technology.
  • Knowledge of

    AI platforms.

  • Experience in

    data-driven decision-making

    and

    customer experience optimization

    .
