Manage the complete cardio-diabetic product portfolio in alignment with business goals and therapy-area market demands.
Continuously evaluate market needs, therapeutic trends, and product performance to refine strategies and maximize profitability.
2. New Product Launches
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches in the cardio-diabetic segment.
Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
Design and drive impactful launch campaigns to enhance adoption and brand awareness among healthcare professionals (HCPs).
3. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
Develop differentiated brand strategies tailored to cardio and diabetes therapy landscapes.
Ensure strong, consistent brand messaging across scientific communication, marketing content, and field activities.
4. Market Share & Sales Growth
Formulate short- and long-term product strategies to achieve market share goals and business targets. Track sales performance, therapy trends, prescription patterns, and align plans to optimize product growth.
5. Creative Communication & In-Clinic Campaigns
Develop innovative and scientifically aligned communication tools targeting cardiologists, diabetologists, physicians, and patients.
Lead in-clinic promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and educate HCPs on product differentiation and treatment value.
6. Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence
Conduct regular competitor evaluation using IMS and other market intelligence platforms.
Identify therapeutic gaps, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to maintain a strong competitive edge.
7. Marketing Plan Development & Execution
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare and implement annual marketing plans for the cardio-diabetic segment.
Ensure effective budgeting and deliver high-ROI marketing programs, CME activities, and field engagement initiatives.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, and Training teams to drive product success.
Develop and deliver training modules to the sales team to enhance scientific knowledge and effective field execution.
9. Budget & Resource Management
Manage product marketing budgets with optimal allocation of resources.
Track spending, monitor campaign performance, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
