Product Manager-Battery Charger

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in Battery Chargers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning

• Define the product roadmap for Battery Chargers used in solar, hybrid, and industrial power applications.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and customer requirements to guide product decisions.
  
• Develop MRD, PRD, and business cases for new product introductions.
  

Technical Leadership

• Work with Engineering, R&D, and Design teams to define charger specifications (AC/DC, DC/DC topologies, charging algorithms, control systems).
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and grid standards (IEC, UL, IS, CEA).
  
• Provide technical support for system sizing, solution architecture, and integration with Solar PV and BESS.

New Product Development (NPD)

• Lead end-to-end NPD for Battery Chargers and power conversion products.
  
• Drive cost optimization initiativesBOM reduction, supplier evaluation, and design improvements.
  
• Validate prototypes, participate in FAT/SAT, and coordinate with internal and external testing bodies.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the central point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
  
• Support pre-sales activities, customer discussions, tender clarifications, and demo setups.
  
• Coordinate with global and regional teams for product validation and market customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics / Energy Systems.
  
• MBA (preferred) in Marketing, Strategy, or Product Management.
  
• 10+ years of experience in Battery Chargers / Power Electronics / Solar / BESS industry.
