Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our AI-enabled chatbot products. Day-to-day tasks include defining product vision, strategy, and requirements, prioritizing product features, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing product releases. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product issues and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, including defining product vision and strategy
• Skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and User Research
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing
• Strong project management skills, including prioritizing product features and managing releases
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with AI-enabled products or chatbots is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
