Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Automate marketing operations using platforms like CRM

• Develop lead generation, nurturing, retargeting, and conversion workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
• Integrate

  Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, DALL·E, Midjourney, HeyGen)

  into marketing automation tasks.
• Build scalable automation systems that minimize manual intervention across campaign execution.

Paid Campaign Management & Optimization

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across

  Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Use AI tools to generate ad creatives, scripts, landing page content, and A/B test variants.
• Automate campaign performance tracking, dashboards, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Optimize ROAS and conversion funnels using AI-driven strategies and automation tools.

AI-Powered Content & Creative Automation

• Automate content generation for ads, landing pages, and email sequences using AI tools.
• Leverage image/video generation tools (DALL·E, Midjourney, HeyGen) to create scalable ad creatives.
• Experiment with new Gen AI tools and integrate them into marketing workflows.

Documentation & Process Blueprinting

• Document all automation workflows, prompt engineering patterns, and best practices for scalability.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless workflow execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience

  in Digital Marketing Automation & Paid Ads Management.
• Background in

  Engineering, IT, or Tech-driven Marketing roles

  .
• Hands-on experience with CRM automation, WhatsApp messaging automations.
• Strong understanding of

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  .
• Exposure to AI tools like

  ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, DALL·E, Notion AI

  for automating content & creatives.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to automate data tracking and campaign performance reports.
• A self-starter with a creative and growth-oriented approach to problem-solving.
