payment solutions tailored for healthcare needs.

What You'll Do

 Own end-to-end product lifecycle: align business goals, research market/user needs, build

and optimize flows and features.

 Understand the complete customer journey and develop payment solutions that drive

smooth user experiences.

 Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams in Agile to recommend technical

approaches that balance speed-to-market with scalable, secure design.

 Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory

(healthcare & financial) standards.

 Define and prioritize requirements—user, strategic, business, functional—to craft clear

product roadmaps.

 Utilize A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to

drive decisions and improvements.

 Suggest and implement flow/process optimizations and workarounds to continuously

elevate the user experience.

What You Bring

 5+ years in product management, with demonstrated experience launching a mobile app

from concept to production within a product-driven organization.

 Deep understanding of fintech ecosystems: wallets, payments, loans, SaaS—healthcare

fintech experience is a strong plus.

 Expertise in A/B testing, analytics, UX research, prototyping, usability, and competitive

benchmarking.

 Stellar product instincts: strong design sensibility, optimization mindset, and prototype

experience.

 Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating closely

with engineering/design teams.

 High business acumen and ability to navigate regulatory frameworks with Legal, Privacy,

and Compliance partners.

Bonus Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or

equivalent.

 Familiarity with healthcare payment regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or Indian/Asian

regional equivalents).

 Certifications in product management, design thinking, or Agile methodologies.
