Product Manager (365 Squared)

Join a fast-growing company empowering mobile operators to combat fraud and unlock value from data analytics. As we scale our platform and launch multiple new products, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own strategy, delivery, and customer wins.

You’ll report to the Chief Operations Officer, and work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to shape products that address real operator pain points and contribute meaningfully to business growth.

This is a senior-level role in an established product team, ideal for someone with strong product instincts, technical fluency, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, innovative and focused on delivering product excellence.


About the Role

You will own the full product lifecycle for a group of solutions, from opportunity discovery and strategy through to development, launch, and in-life optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure your products solve key issues, deliver significant value, and support 365squared’s commercial objectives.

As part of your product ownership, you will also be responsible for coordinating responses to customer bids and RFPs related to your products, working with cross-functional teams to compile compelling and accurate proposals.



Location
The role is based in our Bangalore office, working alongside our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management

  • Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Lead product development from concept through to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with technical Development team to scope features, write user stories, and manage the delivery process.
  • Create detailed documentation, including product requirements, user flows, business cases, and commercial positioning.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute go-to-market plans, drive adoption and retention, and continually enhance our solutions.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Track product performance using KPIs and usage data; drive continuous improvements.
  • Champion customer-centric focus across the organisation.

2. Product-Aligned Bid Management

  • Coordinate the creation of bid and RFP responses related to your products.
  • Work with internal experts across technical, commercial, and sales teams to gather inputs.
  • Create bid responses that clearly communicate product fit and value.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant proposals aligned with customer needs and 365squared’s capabilities.
  • Maintain reusable product content to streamline future responses.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally in fraud focused telecoms, data monetisation or messaging solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mobile operator challenges, and of the wider telecommunications ecosystem.
  • Technically fluent and able to work closely with development engineers, with an understanding of the implications of different technical approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver successful products to market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating product features into customer value.
  • Experience contributing to bid or proposal responses is desirable.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
