Position: Product Manager 2 – Growth Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (In-Office) Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Gyan-E is a short-video learning platform designed for the next billion users in Bharat. We aim to deliver high-value, bite-sized educational content that blends learning with entertainment. The app is currently in the pre-launch stage, with a cross-functional team working toward an initial rollout in the next two months. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Growth who will lead the effort on data-driven decision making, experimentation, and funnel optimization. Key Responsibilities ● Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and articulate the product growth vision and roadmap. Prioritize initiatives using a data-driven approach aligned with business goals and user needs. ● Data Analysis & Insights Leverage tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Firebase to extract insights from user behavior. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve product performance. ● Experimentation & A/B Testing Design and implement experiments across the user journey using tools like Unleash. Drive continuous iteration and learning through structured testing. ● Funnel Optimization Own the end-to-end user funnel from acquisition to conversion. Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve drop-offs and maximize ROI on user engagement. ● Requirements Gathering & Execution Translate business objectives and user insights into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and content teams to execute growth initiatives effectively. Serve as the point of alignment across functions for all growth-related priorities. ● Performance Monitoring & Analysis Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth and regularly monitor, analyze, and report progress. Use data to inform product decisions and future roadmap planning. ● User-Centric Iteration Actively participate in improving the product experience through structured feedback loops, qualitative research, and observation of usage patterns. Requirements ● 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on growth in consumer tech. ● Strong working knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), A/B testing platforms (e.g., Unleash), and mobile-first user funnels. ● Experience in defining and monitoring product KPIs and using insights to iterate quickly. ● Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact product decisions. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. ● A user-first mindset with a strong bias for action and outcomes. Success Metrics (6–12 Months) ● A functioning, scalable experimentation pipeline is in place. ● Clear, upward trends in key engagement metrics such as videos watched per session, time spent, and repeat usage. ● Organic sharing of the app increases. ● Conversion to premium subscriptions shows steady growth.
