We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Seek to understand our (internal) customers and their needs
Listen to customer feedback, analyse usage data, identify opportunities for improvement
Help set the product vision, strategy and roadmap to drive business value
Contribute to managing the backlog to align with product vision and priorities
Work closely with developers, operations, other stakeholders, foster open communication
Help define and report on tracking success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLs)

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

A good understanding of product management lifecycle and methodologies
Competence on tools like Jira for Product backlog management
Some hands-on experience in delivering customer or colleague products
Capable of defining basic metrics for measuring Product and customer performance
Able to communicate product features to customers and stakeholders
Good and clear communication skills
Good collaborator and team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
