As we expand our reach in the used vehicle finance segment, we are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of business development and partner engagement across key states. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager Used Personal Vehicle to lead and grow our used vehicle finance business. This role is based out of Raipur and will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling our dealer and partner network across seven states . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with dealers, brokers, DSAs, and connectors , and a deep understanding of regional markets. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Development Define and implement the strategy for the Used Personal Vehicle product in alignment with market needs and business goals. Dealer and Channel Management Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of dealers, brokers, DSAs, and connectors across all seven assigned states. Business Expansion and Growth Drive business development, increase disbursement volumes, and achieve revenue and profitability targets in the region. Market Penetration Lead initiatives to expand product reach in semi-urban and rural markets by strengthening local partner relationships. Training and Partner Enablement Conduct regular training and capability-building programs for channel partners to improve productivity and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including credit, risk, operations, and technology to ensure smooth product rollout and issue resolution. Regulatory Compliance and Customer Experience Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations while delivering a seamless and transparent customer experience. Market Analysis Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to refine product features and sales strategies. Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the vehicle finance sector. Proven experience in managing dealer networks, DSAs, brokers, and other distribution channels . Strong understanding of the used vehicle financing ecosystem. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh .
