Role & responsibilities

As a CS Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on exposure to the key aspects of corporate secretarial functions, focusing on compliance with various acts and regulations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior team to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, RBI Act, IRDA Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates pursuing or recently completed Company Secretary qualification.
• Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, RBI Act, IRDA Act, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant corporate laws.
• Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, RBI Act, IRDA Act, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant corporate laws.
• Support in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, returns, and reports with regulatory authorities including MCA, RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI.
• Assist in corporate governance processes, including conducting board meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and related documentation & maintaining various secretarial records.
• Work on regulatory filings, compliance tracking, and reporting tasks.
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Support senior management in various corporate governance, legal, and regulatory tasks.
